Established in 2007, the Secretary’s International Women of Courage Award, is the only official U.S. Department of State award that pays tribute to emerging and established women leaders worldwide. It offers a unique opportunity to recognize those who work in the field to advance women’s rights as human rights. Join our discussion with the 2011 honorees from Afghanistan, Pakistan, and China, moderated by Wenchi Yu, Policy Advisor, Secretary’s Office of Global Women’s Issues, U.S. Department of State.
